Lu Xiaoti, the Deputy Secretary-General of China Pharmaceutical Innovation and Research Development Association (PhIRDA). Ms. Lu joined PhIRDA since 2014, is in charge of the management of member service, international affairs, project cooperation. Ms. Lu served as president assistant at Yabao Pharmaceutical Group Beijing Research Institute, is engaged in pharmaceutical R&D and Project Management.
Ms. Lu has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, is the Standing Member of Global Health Economy Branch of China Health Economics Association, and member of the Ethics & Business Integrity Committee (eBIC) of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA). Ms. Lu has obtained the certificate of Management Development Program of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and holds MSc in Chemistry by Research of University of Southampton in UK and Bachelor of in Applied Chemistry at Beijing Technology and Business University.
