The final day will consider how to build greater confidence in reliance frameworks, review current implementation strategies, and identify meaningful approaches to monitoring progress in the region.
Participants will examine the global value of reliance, its role in bridging growing regulatory demands and available resources, and the contribution of international networks such as the International Coalition of Medicines Regulatory Authorities (ICMRA). Discussions will also explore the current state of reliance implementation across Asia and the metrics that could provide meaningful evidence of the efficiency, predictability, and impact of reliance pathways.
Moving from policy to practice, the program will consider how reliance can be operationalized across good manufacturing practice inspections, lifecycle management, and clinical trial reviews. By sharing practical experiences, implementation challenges, and emerging good practices, the conference will seek to strengthen confidence in reliance and support its more consistent adoption across regulatory systems.
