Anna Litsiou is Senior Director, International Regulatory Policy & Intelligence at AstraZeneca, with more than 20 years of experience shaping regulatory strategy, policy and innovation across China and International markets. Her expertise covers a broad range of therapeutic areas and innovative modalities, including oncology, respiratory and neurodegenerative diseases, with an expanding focus on advanced therapies, particularly cell and gene therapies.
Anna leads AstraZeneca’s International Regulatory Affairs Policy Advocacy Framework and works across industry and regulatory networks to advance regulatory reliance, facilitated and adaptive pathways, digitalisation, real-world evidence and innovative approaches for bringing medicines to patients. She actively contributes to international policy discussions on the evolving regulatory environment for advanced therapies and represents industry perspectives through organizations including EFPIA, PhRMA and IFPMA.
