Lead of Regulatory Systems Strengthening Centre of Regulatory Excellence, Duke-NUS Medical School

Tan-Koi Wei Chuen is an Assistant Professor at the Centre of Regulatory Excellence (CoRE) in Duke-National University of Singapore Medical School (Duke-NUS).

Asst. Prof Wei Chuen leads the Regulatory Systems Strengthening team, focusing on health policy research and capacity building in biomedical innovation and regulatory science. She has consulted for the Asian Development Bank and has also served as faculty in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Pharmacovigilance Centre of Excellence Pilot Program and the ASEAN AVSSR: Vaccine Human Resource Development Program for Enhancing Vaccine Development and Deployment Capacities in ASEAN Countries.

Prior to joining Duke-NUS, Asst Prof. Wei Chuen was Regulatory Consultant and Team Lead of the Regulatory Research and Risk Communication teams at Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority.
